These terms and conditions set out the agreement between us and the individual or organisation applying for the provision of our Service.
The following have particular meanings in these terms and conditions:
User: the individual or organization applying for the provision of our Service;
Content: information, documents, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other materials of any kind and in any form;
Service: the service which we supply to you i.e. consiglioirriguo.it.
We reserve the right to provide the Service only upon request and once the fulfillment of the minimum supply requirements has been verified
We may need to change the terms and conditions. If so, we will post notice on our website for a reasonable period before the change takes effect. Please check our site constantly. If the User continue to use our Service after the effective date of the revised terms and conditions, you will be bound by them.
Although we take care about the Service status, we do not promise:
a) that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
b) that any Content generated, stored, transmitted or used via or in connection with the services will be complete, accurate, secure, up to date, received or delivered correctly or at all;
c) that particular results will be achieved or that any results will be accurate or reliable.
The User acknowledges that we may have to suspend the Service for repair, maintenance or improvement.
We may change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
The Service includes support only insofar as specified on our website.
The User promises to keep any login details confidential (and you acknowledge that we may change these at any time for good reason).
The User acknowledges and agree that we may process its personal information in accordance with the terms of our privacy and cookies policy which is subject to change from time to time.
We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in any material relating to the development or supply of the Service. We grant to the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable license to access and use such material solely in accordance with this agreement. The User can not otherwise retrieve, display, modify, copy, print, sell, download, hire or reverse engineer (unless and to the extent permitted by applicable law) or use such material without our specific prior written consent. The User can not transfer any of our software outside the Service.
Any content which we ourselves make available on our website is intended for very general guidance but we cannot guarantee that it is accurate or up to date. Before acting on such information, you must make your own appropriate enquiries including as to its accuracy and suitability for your purposes and take appropriate professional or other advice. You rely on such information at your own risk.
We may send any notices in accordance with the most recent contact information which you have provided to us. After the termination of this agreement we will only send notices if legally obliged to do so, or if you expressly provide consent to further communication.
