Digital Drop SRL is the controller and responsible for your personal data.

The following have particular meanings in these terms and conditions:

User: the individual or organization applying for the provision of our Service, probably You that are reading;

Service: the service which we supply to you i.e. consiglioIrriguo.it.

What's the point of this policy?

It tells to the User what to expect when we collect its personal information. Please only use our Service if you are completely happy with this policy.

Generally, the policy covers only information provided to us. It doesn't cover personal information which the User gives to other people, such as payment providers or other websites. If you use them, please check their privacy policies. Nor does this policy apply to personal information of other people (e.g. customers) collected by users of our services.

Might the policy change?

Yes. Please check whenever you visit our website. We will assume that the User agrees to the new version of the policy if the User uses the site after its effective date.

What do we collect?

We collect information which you upload to our Service or otherwise give us such as the User username and email address.

Automated information such as the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect the User device to the internet, connection information such as browser type and version, information about your device including device-type and device identifier, operating system and platform, mobile network data, login details, details of your activity with date / time stamps could be collected.

What's our reason / legal basis for collecting the information?

We collect information when it's necessary to provide you with our Service under our contract with the User. We don’t use it for other purposes (such as email marketing). In the case of automated information collected when you browse our site, we use this to manage and improve our Service in accordance with our "legitimate interests".

What about cookies?

We use cookies and other tracking technologies on our website. A cookie is an identifier (a small file of letters and numbers) that is sent to the User computer. Our website's functionality will be limited if the User configures its browser to reject cookies.
